Nafi is a dynamic, results-driven Senior Communications and External Relations Executive with 25+ years of experience specialising at the intersection of corporate communications, public relations, journalism and digital media. She has a comprehensive communication background, including management experience, leading the development and delivery of compelling campaigns within global PR and advertising firms. With a keen ability to translate corporate vision into actionable strategies through compelling storytelling, Nafi has led cross-functional teams to maximize brand visibility. She leverages a background in international journalism to advocate for economic growth and social impact within an ever-changing, fast-paced competitive sustainability landscape.
As the Acting Director of Communication and External Relations at the African Development Bank Group and also the Division Manager, Nafi built an award-winning team of professionals that consistently exceeded expectations.
Over the last two decades, Nafi has led global communication campaigns in partnership with top-tier public relations and advertising agencies, including H&K Strategies and Weber Shandwick.
She has equipped various public institutions and multinational corporations with dynamic communication strategies, supporting industry leaders such as Google, Airtel, Zain, the Luminate (part of the Omidyar Group), Samsung, and the World Lung Foundation. Other clients include the Rockefeller Foundation, the Kofi Anan Foundation, the MasterCard Foundation, and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK)

Mame Niang is a seasoned communications professional with over 15 years of experience in institutional communication, democratic governance, development programme management, and resource mobilization. Her career spans Africa and Europe, where she has supported major international organizations, public institutions, and civil society actors in designing and delivering high-impact communication strategies. She has led visibility campaigns, coordinated donor-funded projects, managed media relations, and developed institutional partnerships across countries including Senegal, Chad, Gabon, Mauritania, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Cape Verde, and Belgium. Her work includes designing communication strategies for electoral support programmes, leading awareness and advocacy campaigns, facilitating capacity-building workshops, and strengthening information systems for public institutions. Known for her strategic thinking, creativity, and diplomacy, she brings deep expertise in governance, civic participation, gender equality, and institutional strengthening.
Mame’s extensive career includes leadership roles She has also served as a journalist and news presenter, producing reports for major broadcasters including TV5 Monde, France 24, and AITV, and participating in ECOWAS election observation missions.

Mame Diarra Sow is an accomplished Administrative and Finance professional with over eight years of experience supporting international development programs across West Africa. She has worked with leading organizations including Free The Slaves and IntraHealth International, where she played a central role in ensuring administrative efficiency, financial compliance, procurement management, and logistical coordination for complex, multi-country projects. Her expertise spans administrative operations, procurement processes, partner coordination, and event organization.
Yébé Diallo is an impact-driven communications professional with extensive experience designing and delivering comprehensive strategic communications, advocacy and public affairs campaigns for international organisations and private sector companies. Yébé is passionate about transforming lives through public-private partnerships, and her international experience has led her to tackle several topics, including global health, gender equality, education, youth and women’s economic empowerment, climate change, and access to energy. Yébé began her career in communications agencies, where she successfully delivered global campaigns and strengthened her skills in creative copywriting, event management, and public relations. She subsequently led high-impact projects for major energy companies, including Shell, BP and Technip, shaping communications and partnership strategies to position companies as key players in the sector, increase brand visibility and strengthen stakeholder engagement. Driven by her passion for global development issues, she joined UN Women as Regional Coordinator serving 15 countries in West and Central Africa. Acknowledged as a trusted advisor of the Executive Director, she took on a series of special projects, including spearheading outreach efforts to African philanthropists to support the first Business Forum, a successful initiative that exceeded fundraising targets. At the Global Fund, she initiated innovative partnerships with global media outlets, civil society organizations, governments and private corporations and produced a series of multimedia content to spur investments in global health. As the communications manager for the partnership with France, Yébé worked with French President’s Office team and his government to drive the 2019 fundraising campaign during a highly sensitive political context and raised USD14 billion, the largest amount ever raised for global health by a multilateral organization at the time. As an independent Senior Communications Advisor since 2022, Yébé has advised several international organizations and foundations on global communications and partnership strategies – crafting compelling narratives targeting key influencers and decision-makers, managing media relations, building and nurturing partnerships with governments, technical partners, private sector and civil society organizations, and elevating executive leaders’ participation at major global events in Africa, Europe and North America. Organizations include the Mastercard Foundation, the Global Fund, the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), President Clinton’s Health Access Initiative (CHAI), UNAIDS and USAID. Yébé holds a MSc. in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen (UK), a MSc. in Marketing and Communications and a Bachelor’s in Management and International Business from Lyon III University in France. She completed her Inclusive and Social Business Certificate at HEC Paris, France. She speaks English, French, Fula and Wolof, volunteers to improve maternal health units in rural areas and is a mentor at Girls 4 Girls, an organization that aims to unlock the leadership skills of young women who are entering the workforce.
